§ 1. IGAXMING is Software, Not an Operator
IGAXMING N.V. provides software, infrastructure tooling, professional services and technical support. IGAXMING is not an operator of online gambling, betting, lotteries or any other regulated gambling activity for end-players. We do not accept stakes, hold player funds or pay out winnings. We do not operate under, nor do we extend, any gambling licence or other regulatory permission to our customers.
The IGAXMING Software is a tool that our customers (licensees) deploy under their own corporate identity, on their own infrastructure, under their own gambling licence (where applicable), with their own player base. The legal relationship between an end-player and an IGAXMING-powered casino is exclusively between that player and the licensee operating it.
§ 2. Licensee Regulatory Responsibility
Every licensee is solely and exclusively responsible for: (i) determining whether and where it is lawful to operate the Software; (ii) obtaining and maintaining all gambling, betting, lottery, money-services-business, payment-services and other licences required by the jurisdiction(s) in which it offers services and the jurisdiction(s) in which its players reside; (iii) implementing technical and operational controls (KYC, AML/CFT, responsible gaming, geolocation enforcement, data protection, tax and consumer-protection compliance); (iv) maintaining its own books and records and meeting its own reporting obligations; (v) settling all liabilities to players, regulators, tax authorities and other counterparties.
IGAXMING expressly disclaims any obligation, responsibility or liability for the licensee's regulatory compliance or absence thereof. The grant of an IGAXMING software licence shall not be construed as any form of regulatory authorisation, endorsement or warranty of legality in any jurisdiction.
§ 3. Restricted and Prohibited Territories
The IGAXMING Software may not be offered to end-players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful or where the licensee does not hold the required licence. Without limitation, licensees are reminded that the United States, France (without an ARJEL/ANJ licence), the United Kingdom (without a UKGC licence), Australia (without state licences) and many other jurisdictions impose strict licensing regimes; offering services without authorisation may attract criminal liability for the licensee's officers and directors. Licensees must also screen against, and exclude, players located in countries subject to UN, EU, US/OFAC or UK sanctions.
§ 4. Demo Content & Marketing Material
Demo casinos, sample slot integrations, screenshots and the live-wins ticker shown on igaxming.com are illustrative of the Software's capabilities. Statistics referenced in marketing material (GGR, RTP, player counts) are aggregated benchmarks or synthetic illustrations and are not warranties of returns. Past or projected performance does not guarantee future results.
§ 5. Third-Party Game Providers
Some game packs may rely on integrations with third-party game studios or aggregators (e.g. Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Evolution and others). The licensee is responsible for entering into appropriate agreements with such third parties, paying applicable royalties and complying with their technical and legal requirements. IGAXMING does not represent or warrant that the licensee will obtain such third-party authorisations.

Nothing on this website, in our documentation or in our customer-support communications constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, investment or tax advice. Licensees should consult qualified professionals in each relevant jurisdiction before deploying the Software or accepting players.
