This page summarises how IGAXMING N.V. complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") and the equivalent UK GDPR. It supplements our Privacy Policy and explains the specific rights granted to data subjects in the EU / EEA / UK and how to exercise them.

IGAXMING is the controller of personal data we collect from customer-account holders, prospects, employees, applicants and visitors to our website. IGAXMING acts as a processor on behalf of licensees in respect of player data flowing through the Software they self-host on their own infrastructure. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request from privacy@igaxming.com.

• Right of access (Art. 15) — obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17) — request deletion subject to legal-retention requirements.
• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18).
• Right to data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to object (Art. 21) — to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7).
• Right not to be subject to automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22) — IGAXMING does not engage in such automated decision-making.
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).

Send a request to privacy@igaxming.com from the email address registered on your account, or from any email you can reasonably show to be yours. Indicate which right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to verify your identity. We respond within one (1) month (extendable by up to two (2) months for complex requests, with notification).

Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on (i) European Commission adequacy decisions where applicable, or (ii) the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) with appropriate supplementary measures (encryption, pseudonymisation, access controls). For UK transfers we use the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

IGAXMING has appointed a designated Data Protection contact reachable at privacy@igaxming.com. While formal appointment of a DPO is not strictly mandatory for our scale of processing, we voluntarily maintain DPO-equivalent governance.

In the event of a personal-data breach likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, IGAXMING will notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware. Where the risk is high, affected individuals will also be notified without undue delay.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. A list of EEA authorities is available on the European Data Protection Board website (edpb.europa.eu).
