Politique d'Utilisation Acceptable

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the way customers, licensees and their personnel may use the IGAXMING software, infrastructure, APIs and customer portal (collectively the "Services"). It supplements the Terms of Service and any breach of this AUP is a breach of the Terms.

Subject to your licence tier, you may:

• install and operate the Software on your authorised domain(s);
• customise the source code for your own operations;
• integrate the Software with third-party services for which you have the necessary rights;
• access the customer portal to manage your licence, domains, downloads and support tickets;
• use the public marketing API (CoinGecko-style proxies, live-wins feed) within published rate limits.

You may not use the Services to:

• operate any gambling product in a jurisdiction where you lack the required licence;
• resell, sublicense, lease or distribute the Software to unaffiliated third parties without specific written authorisation;
• remove or alter copyright notices, the licence-verification client or any technical protection measure;
• reverse engineer, decompile or extract algorithms beyond what is required to use the licensed source code in your own operation;
• operate fixed-odds games with non-transparent or rigged RNG (the Provably-Fair primitives must remain operative);
• facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, tax evasion or any other financial crime;
• process player data in violation of applicable data-protection law;
• target minors, or persons known to be self-excluded;
• send unsolicited bulk email, SMS or chat messages from IGAXMING infrastructure;
• introduce viruses, worms, ransomware, cryptojackers or any other harmful code;
• conduct security testing (port scanning, fuzzing, brute force) against IGAXMING infrastructure outside of our coordinated-disclosure programme;
• exceed published API rate limits, overload our infrastructure or otherwise interfere with the Services;
• infringe the intellectual-property rights of IGAXMING or any third party;
• use the Services to defame, harass, threaten or otherwise harm any person.

IGAXMING does not actively monitor licensee operations but reserves the right to investigate suspected violations. Enforcement actions include written warnings, mandatory remediation, temporary licence suspension and, for material breaches, permanent licence revocation. IGAXMING may cooperate with law-enforcement and regulatory authorities when required.

Suspected violations of this AUP, copyright infringement, security vulnerabilities or other abuse should be reported to abuse@igaxming.com (general) or security@igaxming.com (security disclosures).

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material updates will be notified through the customer portal or by email; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
